The customer service provided by ABC Rent-a-Tent is very professional, responsive, creative and helpful. We have had their tents for two consecutive weddings at our home and the service was excellent. When our guest list exceeded our expectations Don was extremely creative and flexible in assisting us with an alternate plan. The last minute threat of rain had its issues as well, which was solved with immediacy and professionalism. I cannot say enough about Don’s personal service and immediate response to requests and last minute issues. The crew who installed and removed the tents were considerate, thorough and I was very comfortable having them working around my house whether I was there or not. All in all, I have appreciated the quality and professionalism that was extended to our family by ABC.
